What equipment do you need for the workouts?
The workouts are designed to be equipment-flexible, with many requiring minimal or no equipment. Any required equipment is commonly found at home.
Can you cancel your membership at any time?
Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time. If you sign up, for example, on February 8th, your membership will automatically renew on March 8th. If you decide to cancel, your access to the programme will continue until the end of the month. For those who opt for the 3-month programme, membership can be canceled at any time after the initial 3-month period. Subsequently, it will automatically renew every 3 months from the date of the initial sign-up.
Is there a community or forum for you and other members to connect and support each other?
Yes, there is a community where you can connect with fellow members, share experiences, and provide support. We will use WhatsApp and Zoom.
How do you access the programme materials and resources?
You can easily access programme materials and resources through my user-friendly mobile app. An Ipad or tablet etc can also be used if you have no smartphones

You can access the workouts at any time, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. There are no specific time constraints.

Great question! In this programme, we follow a simple and effective approach known as the hand portion method. Instead of counting calories or strict restrictions, we focus on using your hand as a guide for portion sizes. This method offers a practical and sustainable way to balance your meals without feeling restricted, making it easier for you to achieve results and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

While I recognise the importance of snacking for energy, I also emphasize the need to keep it within limits. Snacking may happen because individuals are either consuming too little food overall or not incorporating enough nutritious options in their meals, leading to moments of hunger between regular eating times.
