Welcome to my in-person nutrition coaching service.

This is for any woman who lives in Manchester. I am located near Happy tots M8 4NB. I will send you full address once you book.

At our coaching sessions, I take a personalised approach to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. As your qualified nutritional consultant for over 4 years , I will work with you to develop a customised eating plan that fits your lifestyle and dietary needs.

I understand that nutrition can be a complex and confusing topic. That’s why I use a simple and practical approach to help you make lasting changes. I will teach you the basics of nutrition and help you understand how to make healthy choices that work for you.


How it works:

To get started with in-person nutrition coaching programme, I require an initial consultation which lasts approximately 45 minutes and costs £45.

During this session, I will get to know you and your unique needs and goals, and work with you to develop a customised eating plan that fits your lifestyle.

Here’s what you can expect during your initial consultation:





1.Assessment of your current habits and lifestyle: We will take the time to understand your current eating habits, lifestyle, and health goals. We will ask you questions about your daily routine, dietary preferences, and any health conditions you may have. This information will help us develop a personalised eating plan that is tailored to your needs.

2.Discussion of your goals: We will work with you to set realistic, achievable goals that align with your overall health and wellness objectives. Whether you want to lose weight, improve your energy levels, or manage a specific health condition, we will help you develop a plan that fits your goals.

3.Development of a personalised nutrition plan: Based on your goals and needs, we will create a customized nutrition plan that includes recommendations for meals, snacks, and supplements. We will also provide you with tips and tricks to help you stay on track and make healthy choices.

4.Regular check-ins . I will weigh and measure you to monitor your progress and adjust your nutrition plan accordingly at your convenience. We will also discuss any challenges you may be facing and provide guidance and support to help you overcome them. You will be more likely to stay on track and achieve your health and wellness goals with regular check ins, weekly I recommend. Each check ins last around 15 minutes and costs £15.
